Sleeping

Bring your own tent, sleep in your car or come in a camper.

Sleeping on site is included in the festival, but you need to bring everything yourself. There is no provided electricity for campers.

Due to fire regulations, it is not allowed to sleep inside the venue.

You are also welcome to sleep somewhere else if you prefer.

The venue

The festival takes place in an old community house surrounded by fields and forest, with a large gathering space, two smaller rooms, a kitchen and toilet facilities.

If it rains, we simply gather indoors. Bring clothes for both sunshine and rain, and an extra pair of shoes if you can.

Food

Homemade vegan meals, prepared with lots of love.

The food is vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free and mushroom-free.

If you have allergies or would like more information about the ingredients, you are welcome to email us.

Getting there

There is no public transportation to the venue, so you will need to arrive by car.

If possible, we encourage you to share a ride with others coming to the festival.

If you have reached out to others and emptied all other possibilities and still do not have a way of getting there, please email us.

Toilets and showers

In the venue there are indoor toilet facilities, but there are no showers.

We recommend you bringing some wet wipes or something else to freshen up during the weekend.

What to bring

  • Everything you need for sleeping.
  • A cushion or blanket to sit on.
  • Wet wipes or something else to freshen up with.
  • Swimming clothes and a towel if you would like a dip in the lake.
  • Clothes for both warm and cold weather, sunshine and rain.
  • A water bottle.
  • An open mind and a loving heart.

Alcohol and drugs

Play Full Hearts is a completely alcohol- and drug-free festival.

Even if you enjoy a cold beer, a good glass of red wine or smoking something funny, please leave it at home.

At Play Full Hearts, we get high on life instead.

Helping out

During the festival, we will ask everyone to help out with a few small practical tasks.

At Play Full Hearts, a lot of magic happens during the dishwasher moments, and packing down the festival is done with live music and dancing.

Let's make the practical stuff fun stuff.

Children

We welcome a small number of children between 9 and 15 years old who would enjoy being part of the festival atmosphere.

Children are welcome to join the activities together with the grown-ups or to play freely in the surroundings.

At Play Full Hearts, we are creating a screen-free culture for children. We imagine a weekend filled with music, play and togetherness. If you bring your child, we ask that you support this spirit of the festival.

Creating the festival together

At Play Full Hearts, we want you to be more than a guest.

We want you to feel that your unique way of being is part of what makes this festival special. Together, we help each other feel welcome and at ease.

And now imagine this being whispered softly into your ear...

"Remember that being yourself does not mean you have to be perfect or happy all the time. You are welcome exactly as you are."
